how to display graphics layer in legend

In the Samples section (WF5), there is a "Samples - Add Graphics To Map" Workflow. I'm able to run it, and it adds the graphics to map.

 

Is there anyway to make that graphics layer visible in the legend so users can toggle it on and off?
