Allow Post Method to Geoprocessing Activity

Add "POST" Method to Geoprocessing Activity. It currently only allows "GET"

Hi Carlos,
We don't explicitly use GET, but we rely on the default behaviour of the Geoprocessor task. (https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-tasks-Geoprocessor.html) The latest documentation says its default behaviour is to switch from GET to POST automatically when the request is larger.
