GE 4.9.1/ GVH 2.10.1 fails to print A0 map

GE 4.9.1/ GVH 2.10.1 fails to print A0 map as jpeg, Tiff & png, despite the fact it working well for pdf type

 

 

what might be the issue here?

  What is the final width of the PNG/TIFF file, in pixels?

   

  on A0 (46.8 Inches wide) at 300DPI , that would be 14040 pixels wide

   

  - very large image & filesize.

   

  I suspect the Geocortex runs out of memory and or times out .

   

  Solution could be to extend the timeout delay for workflows (I assume the print option is like a workflow).

  PS : I am running into the exact same problem at the moment.    Only the PDF gets generated (width is A0 but not the height) --

  Hi,

   

  If this issue is still outstanding then I recommend submitting a support ticket. The likely issue here is the print job is taking too long on the Essentials server and the viewer is timing out. The HTML5 Viewer default timeout period is 1 minute.
