Is it now possible to show AGO hosted attachments in map tips?

We have a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online that has attachments enabled.  Currently, our Essentials (v4.8.1) has an HTML5 (v2.9.2) viewer that shows those attachments in the Details panel, under Attachments as a link.  Is it possible to have those attachments show up in the map tip window?

  Hi Ross, 

   

  This isn't an out-of-the-box feature of the HTML5 viewer yet. I would recommend posting about it in the Ideas section (https://support.geocortex.com/GSCIdeas?c=09a6000000008RsAAI&filter=1&categ=all&sub-nav=ideas&main-nav=essentials&page=1)  so that others can vote to have it added in a future release.

   

  If you can publish a field on your layer that contains the ID of a related attachment to show, then it's possible.  There's an example of this approach here (https://docs.geocortex.com/essentials/4.9/admin-help/Default.htm#ge/admin/replacement-tokens.htm) , however there is a documentation error about how the {MapServiceUrl} token works, so you would likely want to write the url for the map service there yourself instead of using that token

  Thanks for the info, Amanda.  I'll probably just wait until this feature is out-of-the-box one day.
