Is there a way to limit Rest Manager access to a certian group within your AGOL organization?

I have serveral instances of Geocortex. One for each State agency, but only have one ArcGIS Online organization.  Once I connect the particular Geocortex instance to my AGOL organization using the sign in options on the post installer, I can share that resulting application with a private group...but if anyone else is smart enough to figure out the url and are a member of my AGOL organization they would be able to log into the Rest Manager.  Seem to me that you should be able to assign group membership as securtiy.  Does anyone have any insight on this?
