Iterate Through Layerlist in Workflow 5

I'm trying to write a simple "for each" workflow to iterate through the layerlist (table of contents), but I'm having trouble finding documentation on interacting with objects in the site. Would someone please point me to the relevant material? All I need to do is make visibility changes according to a criterion.
