Newline in DisplayHyperlink message

Anyone know how to insert a carriage return / newline into the message text of the DisplayHyperlink activity?  I've tried the usual suspects of '\n', '0x0d', '0x0a' and '<br>'.  it doesn't seem to accept any of these types of formatting.
