    Hi Chris,

Unfortunately there is no out-of-box method to easily copy toolbar configurations.  The toolbar settings are saved in the viewer config files (desktop.json, tablet.json and handheld.json) located in the following folder :

     C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sites\{Site Name}\Viewers\{Viewer Name}\VirtualDirectory\Resources\Config\Default\

You may want to try :

    1) creating a test site

    2) clear the toolbar to no tools or just one tool

    3) take a copy of the 3 config files

    4) populate the toolbar to your desired layout, apply and save

    5) take a copy of the 3 files again

    6) use a text compare tool like Winmerge to see what changed from step 3 to step 5

    7) copy and save the block of text for use in other site's viewer config files

There are several sections that would have been updated and there is a section for both compact and regular toolbar.

It's not an easy solution I am afraid but it may save you some time.

As with any manual edits, I would make sure you take backup copies of the files before any changes are made.

    Regards,
