Unattend post install for Geocortex Essentials

I'm working on an implementation of ArcFM Web (rebadged Geocortex Essentials) in the Microsoft Assure Cloud.  The various components of the environment are installed on demand using Powershell.  Almost all component of the solution can be completed without user interaction with the exception of the Geocortex Essentials Post Install.  I need to be able to pass parameters to the executeable C:\Program Files (x86)\SchneiderElectric\ArcFM Web\Default\Post Install\Geocortex.Essentials.PostInstall.exe
