Green Basemap
Has anybody else had their map load with the basemap showing as a solid green? Nobody else in my organization has experienced this, but occasionally when I open or reload a Geocortex, instead the basemap showing up (usually Esri street map), the layers in the map show up on a solid green background. It changes to what it should be as soon as I zoom in or out and doesn't turn green again when I return to the same zoom level. This only happens occasionally, but it seems to be happening every time I reload this map right now. It even turns green again when I go to a different tab in my browser and come back. This doesn't seem to be a big deal right now, but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before and maybe knows what the cause is?

Hi Denise,
I haven't seen anything quite like that before. Is there anything else that's green that would account for the colour if the street map didn't come through? Like another layer or background?
I've seen some weird tiles before when I have my browser zoomed in/out, maybe you could check that as well or try a different browser.

Amanda,
Thank you for your response. I don't have any other layers that could be causing this. I just have the Esri Street basemap in there along with a few point layers. This has actually happened in a few different maps, but always in Internet Explorer. It seems to happen when I have had it open for at least couple hours and keep refreshing the map to check my edits. When the background turns green, I have to close the tab and open the map in a new one to get it back to normal. I have never noticed this in Chrome.
Thank you,
Denise0
