Set Folder Visibility

Hi. It would be useful to have an activity that could toggle visibility of a folder, similar to how you can use the 'Set Layer Visibility' activity now. The folders have an id in essentials that seems to uniquely identify them, so seems feasible... 

My WF needs to make several feature layers visible, and I can't put them in a folder and make in not visible by default, because there is no programmatic way to toggle the folder vis.

  I too am coming across this problem of not being able to control visibility of a Folder, and its kind of a poor experience for user when the workflow cannot turn make this happen.

  Not being able to turn folders as opposed to map services is also a significant problem for us?

  I would really like to be able to do this, too, so I can make it part of a Workflow.
