Workflow Error in GMAF

Hi,

We are currently having an issue while trying to deploy a workflow created in WF5 into the GMAF client to take offline line.

We are running Essentials 4.9.2, GVH 2.10.1 and GMAF 2.3.1 and AGOL.

In the workflow designer we have checked the box to run in the HTML 5 viewer and for the workflow to run in a disconnected environment.

The workflow has been shared in AGOL with the organisation and the URL from the workflow designed place in the Menu item with the commnad "RunWorkflowbyURL".

The viewer in essentails Manager also has had the Workflow 5 option enabled.

We are able to run the workflow in a browser and in the GMAF client when connected and for the data to be captured succesfully. As soon as we try download a viewer with the workflow attach we receive and error as per the attached image. 

Please could anyone point us inthe right direction.
