Query Map Service Pre Filtered

I'm attempting to retrieve points from a map service that already has a filter attached to the display. 

 

The resulting feature set contains the visible points as well as the filtered points.

 

Is there anyway to make the query map service activity only extract those visible points?

  I assume you mean the QueryTask activity? In that case, use the Get Layer Definition activity, and pass the result in the Where clause of the QueryTask
