DisplayForm - Background Color - Markdown

I have a fairly large DisplayForm that I have been developing and I was curious if there was any way to set the background color of a group-box. I'd like to alternate between white and light grey on my different group-boxes so the users can easily follow the form as they move to new elements.

  You may be able to get this effect with viewer css and the nth-child selector, but I don't think that you'll be able to do it in the workflow designer.
