Limit features displayed based on Group/Role

Hi everyone,

 

I am looking for ideas on how to restrict the features visible within a layer based on a user's login credentials.

 

I have one large parcel dataset for a geograpic region that is divided into smaller subregions, let's call them North, East, South and West.

 

I want to keep the dataset whole and limit the information a user can see based on the Geocortex Identity Server Role they are assigned to, thus avoiding the need to publish four subregional parcels layers .

 

So a user who worked out of the Northern subregion would only be able to see the parcels assigned to that region when they logged in.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

  You can use a layer filter workflow.
