Managing Collaboration

Hi all! Here's an easy question ... or I think it is. How do I manage Collaboration chat rooms created by my users? I don't see any way to "clean up" after them--we're getting quite a few rooms named demo, test, etc. since we just rolled out Essentials. I don't see where the actual rooms and their content are managed and/or stored.

  Hi Warren,

   

  Have a look at the "Security & Data" tab at the top of Essentials Manager and then the "Documents" link on the left side of the page.  Here you will see all documents stored with Core including saved projects and collaboration rooms.
