IdentifyToolControlRegion - Enable Buffering by Default when using Identify Tool

Hi everyone, 

 

I'd like to customise the IdentifyToolControlRegion so that the Enable Buffering is ticked on by default and the option for Identifiable Layers is removed. Does anyone know a way to achieve this?

  Change the configuration of the IdentifyState and FindDataState states in the viewer configuration files. I didn't test it myself.
