    Hi Mark,

It looks serious, you will likely need to open a support case.

Does the REST Manager log file contain any additional info?  C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\App_Data\Logs\SYSTEM*

    Regards,

One other thing to add: While rebuilding this site from scratch, all working fine. I had layers from Publically available REST Services and AGOL services. I also had secured REST services on our ArcGIS Server stack that required a credential. All of the services were working until I started designing the toolbars the way we normally have them. When I flipped from the 'Viewer' to the 'Site' in Manager, I started getting errors, but the dialog boxes were blank. I closed the site. When I opened the site, Some of my layers 'appeared offline' per the warning that I got. All the layers listed (16 of them) were up and running as expected. I can't get rid of that warning.

When I hit 'Close' on that warning dialog box and try to get to Print Templates in Manager, that's when I get the error listed above.

After looking into the Logs per Wayne's sugestion, I don't see any additional info other than 'Services appear offline' and the error listed above. Example of an 'offline service':

Geocortex.Essentials.Configuration.Models.FeatureLayerConfig: The "Crash Cushion" ArcGIS Feature Layer appears to be offline.

Also, a new, blank site with just an AGOL-based Esri basemap throws the same error.
