Essentials 4.10 Viewers will not open with Global Unique ID

Essentials 4.10 HTML5 2.11 

 

Since upgrading to the newest versions of Essentials and the viewer, some of our sites will not open using the Global Unique ID. Some viewers open without issue, others will not open. 

 

All viewers will open from their full URL to the config file, but NOT from the Global Unique ID. 

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

  Hi Sean,

   

  Any particular browser type (Edge, IE, Chrome) or all types?  Are you signing in or are these anonymous users?
