Cannot refresh my Instant Search.
We keep getting a "Please ensure that the Geocortex Core service and all Instant Search processes are running." error and cannot figure out why?

There are many possible causes with this type of issue, I would recommend submitting a support (To: support@latitudegeo.com) mailto:support@latitudegeo.com case.
