Unable to show Form element in click event

Hi guys,

 

There is a buttonbar with a click event in which contains a logic to show intented form elment with Show Form Element activity. however, just find it's unable to show the element, but the Hide Form Element does work.

 

is a known issue?

  I had the opposite problem; I could show an element, which was first hidden, with 1 button with a 'set form element property'. But a second button, intended to hide the element again, didn't hide it anymore.

  @Yannick Mijnheer? make sure you're using Hide Form Element, I don't know that we would expect Set Form Element Property to work for setting visibility.

   

  @Minbin Jiang? Is it possible for you to share the workflow or at least the DisplayForm from it? Either sharing the AGOL item url or a copy of a json export would work.

  I did a quick test on my end and didn't have any issues showing and hiding other form elements from button click events, but maybe the issue is particular to one type or form element, or to the way the form is configured. We would also want to know where you are running the workflow (GVH vs WAB vs Sandbox) in case it is particular to that as well.

  @Amanda Frech?  My fault. Just noted that the form element hidden by using the Set form Element Property to set visible as false and show elment by using the Show Form Element

   

  @Yannick Mijnheer? need to keep consistently in hide and show. If using Set property to hide then also need to use set property to show.

  Ah, I did not know about the 'hide/show form element'-tools yet. Reading back I could have found that in the first post.. Thanks anyways!
