    I've been told this is a known error that is being worked on right now - hopefully they can add you as a stakeholder so you can get updates. It only seems to occur when a user is 'Signed in' - at least in my organization's map.

    Jeff, I just noticed your post after post mine today. We had the same issue withe the Query Builder tool which need be fixed ASAP.

    I can confirm this issue has been resolved for the next maintenance release.
