    James, you might need log on to your portal as portal admin and remove the old Geocortex Post Installer item, then re-register it. Once the Post Installer item recreated, try the ArcGIS Registration again in post installer wizard. type in the new app ID and secret, then it will ask to portal, use your portal admin account to log on again.

    Jack, After talking with support, I was able to recreate a new Geocortex Post Installer item and re-registered it. It then completed the post install. For some reason it didn't seem to like the existing one from our 4.9 installation. This did the trick. Thanks!

    We tried Re-registering the Post Installer app in Portal and it didn't work. We ended up removing the local machine name from the host file for Essentials Manager in the Post Installer and this issue went away.
