Sharing does not work
Hi,
My Report is set to Share with Everyone, but when I provided its ArcGIS Online link to my colleague, he has been unable to open it.
All that happens is that Reporting 5 application opens up, but the actual Report never opens.
Help?

Hi David,
When your colleague opens the reported from the Shared With Me menu, does an error appear or does the Designer become stuck on when loading the report? When sharing reports, any data sources configured within the report must also have been configured by others who are opening the report, which may be the source of this error.
What is the Url to your report?

No errors occur no, more like nothing happens.
If it helps, I'm using the online Reporting 5 Designer, Trial Edition at the moment.
After I created my Report, I went Info tab -> View to go onto my ArcGIS Portal, then Share the Report with "Everyone (public)"
Finally, I shared the Report's link with my colleague.
However, all that happens for my colleague is he gets redirected to https://apps.geocortex.com/reporting/ , not my Report. Even when he's already signed in, open his own Reports are available for viewing, but my Report isn't an option for him at all.
Any ideas?

Hi David,
When reports are shared within an organization, they will appear for all members when viewing the Shared With Me section in the Report Designer. You can create different groups within your organization are share within particular groups for more fine-grained control.
Note that ArcGIS Online hosts the report content but cannot be used as a link to open the report automatically, but you could create an Idea for this functionality.
