The HTML5 viewer saves projects to the server. What is your usecase for saving projects locally?

There is an improvement request to add this functionality (GVH-9606) but at this point, it is inactive and there are no plans to implement it.  As Nico asked, what is your use-case?  Maybe there is another option.

Out IT Office implemented load balancers on our production servers. They are not completely and automatically synched.  This means that a user makes a request on "Server A and saves their project to that server.  They return a few days later and "Server B" handles the client request.  While this is all transparent to the user, the file is not available to the user at that time.

Thanks for the responses and follow up.

    Hi Jason,

Do you know if the Geocortex Core's on the two servers are clustered?  If they are clustered, the data is shared between the nodes and you shouldn't see the issue you described.  The other setting to worry about is sticky sessions, if you are using a workflow you want all requests for a session to go to the same server, stick sessions will ensure this.

I will ask the ITO about this.  I do not know the answer.  Thanks again and I will post their response as soon as I get it.

    Cheers
