Google Pixel Not Allowing Map Movement

We recently discovered that a user with a Google Pixel phone was unable to manipulate (Pan/Zoom) the map portion of the screen in the mobile environment. This translated to other applications as well. Would anyone have an idea of why this would be the case for this particular phone and if it is also found on other phones as well?

    Hi Austin,

    We haven't seen this behaviour with our internal testing of a Google Pixel in Android 7, 8, or 9. What version are they currently using of Android and of GVH?

    Austin, we are also experiencing this issue with a google pixel 2 running Android version 9 (Pie). We have also noticed this issue on touch screen PCs. 

     

    I just upgraded Geocortex to 4.10.1 with viewer 2.11.2 last night and this issue popped up this morning so the timing may be a conicidence but it's difficult to say.

    Thank you for the responses! I'm checking with our customer now but I assume they are on 9 as well as it was rolled out to Pixel users at the beginning of August. I'll make sure to update to viewer 2.12 as soon as it comes out to hopefully fix this bug.

    The user's phone is currently on Android 9 (PIE).

    Follow-up note: The issue originates from the Esri JSAPI; they have fixed the issue in 3.26, which we will be upgrading and testing against soon.

    I belive this issue is back.  Using Chrome browser on mobile android version 9 on a Samsung Galaxy S8.  Unable to pinch-zoom, pan.  This functionality is working using the samsung browser.

    Having a similar issue with Chrome on Samsung Galaxy Tab SE5. Can not pinch zoom or pan, works as designed on the Samsung internet browser. Viewer for HTML5 2.11.0
