Is there any way to speed up asynchronous printing?
I have a print template that prints at 300dpi, and often contains an aerial. It occasionally reaches the 60s timeout, so I tried setting it up as an asynchronous print job. It works fine, but is much slower. Testing various scenarios, it takes about 6 times longer to print asynchronously vs regular printing. Are there any tweaks to get it to print faster?
Thanks,
Chris

Nothing worse than a thread with no replies :( so since I am looking up printing issues myself thought I would add some comment.
I too switched to asynchronous printing in order to address slow large res prints, which has then raised other issues with my WMTS aerials in the print outs. My suggestion would be to maybe split up the templates and have low res ones as normal print jobs and large res as async? With so much cool printing power from GE I am still surprised we have issues with non standard prints like adding WMTS aerials and large res - its a real bummer.1
