Layer Visualization should respect filtered attributes

I would love if the layer visualization by attribute option respected the filters applied to the data.

At the moment it still represents the full range of attributes from the entire dataset, but if I've gone to the trouble of filtering it then ideally the attributes would be similarly filtered.
