    Hi Rene,

It would be hard to tell what it is without seeing your handheld.json.js file for the viewer to know exactly how you configured things.  But I would recommend using browser tools (F12) to figure out what's still showing.  For example, in Chrome you can use the element inspector to select an area and search through the elements tab to find the associated region name.  That would help you confirm whether it's the TopRightShellRegion or a different region, and whether there is anything inside it that is taking up space.

You can load a viewer in handheld mode on your desktop browser either by changing "Index.html" in the url to "Handheld.html", or by using emulation tools from your browser.

Once we figure out what it is, we can figure out if it's something that has to be removed or hidden in the viewer config, or if custom css is needed in order to hide it.
