Getting an invalid token error when using secured services with an essentials workflow.

I just migrated my Geocortex essentials from Silverlight to HTML5 and have some existing workflows that I want to continue using. However, I'm now using secured services in ArcGIS Server and the workflows using those services are not working. I've added a generate token task and passed the results to the Query task, however I'm still getting an invalid token error. I've added a debug writeline to see the token value and it appears to be what I'd expect. Any ideas what I might be missing?
