    What version of Essentials and what version of viewer are you using?

    I am using GCX 4.5.1.58 and Html5 viewer.

    I would recommend upgrading to the latest version to take advantage of the loading improvements done.  The load times were dramatically reduced starting with version 4.10 of Essentials and 2.11 of the viewer.
