Add Layers tool not displaying results from WMTS url search

I've tried to use Add Layers tool in GCX Essentail 4.9.2 GVH 2.10.1

Registered the WMTS service in the manager. It didn't display the imagery when added into the viewer. I am able to see the sub layer "PublicMosaic" in layer list.  

When I zoom to the layer and turn off all the other layesr still cannot see the WMS layer. Loaded this WMS layer in QGIS, it shows correctly. Any setting requires for WMTS layers ?

  Hi Vicky,

   

  This service only provides a connector for RESTful Tile URLs, which are not yet supported in Essentials.  We can only consume WMTS services that provide KVP (key-value-pair) access to the tiles.

   

  However, because the tileset is web mercator, you can certainly configure it as a Web Tiled Layer instead.
