How to share a report between two on-premise installation?

I was wondering how is it possible to make a report accessible between two on-premise reporting installation? So if company1 makes a report on-premise, the only way that company2 can access it, is via reporting5 designer of company1. Is there a way to export reporting file as a json or something else that can be send to third parties?
