How to set permission on time slider

Is there any way to set permission on time slider?  I have two different time sliders with different time extent.  I need to set permission on time slider based on the login.  Any idea or suggestion?

  Hello Hwa Saup,

   

  You can try a few simple workflows with a RunExternalCommand in each, one to activate it and one to deactivate it.  Permissions can be set on workflows.
