Workflow 5 autocomplete works on dev and test but not in our Prod

I have this peculiar issue with a workflow 5 that uses autocomplete control in a form. The autocomplete has stopped working all of a sudden in our production environment.

 

The same workflow 5, with the same services works in dev and test.

 

I have checked everything and cannot work out why all of a sudden this has stopped working in prod. I checked all the permissions and they are all the same across the 3 environments. I can see the source layers in the map and query them using the out-of-the-box query tool. Just the damn autocomplete wont query the service on the prod essentials server !! We recently upgraded our Geocortex Essentials and Viewers to latest versions. But I just cant work out why this would be happening? I am wondering if anyone would have some tips on likely culprit?

  Have you tried to use Fiddler to trace the traffic and see if you are getting any errors? Also, you can use the Debugging information from the workflow in the console, it is very helpful and will pinpoint the error for you, you can follow the instructions here:
