Close a workflow form from a seperate workflow

I have a form (panel) created by another workflow that I created.  I want to close this form in a completely seperate workflow.  Is this possible and id so how would I do it please?

  Hi,

   

  I've been looking into this and unfortunately I can't find anyway to close a panel from one workflow by another workflow.
