geocortex reporting 5 <> more portals

Hello, we have 4 arcgis portals.

 

Can you install reporting 5 on 1 server and then do the app registration for the 4 portals?

 

Or do we need 4 dedicated IIS servers to install reporting 5 on and each server their own app registration for 1 of the 4 portals?

 

same for workflow 5?

  The on-prem of portal install will be a 1:1 relationship between install and portal registration. I was told that you can install multiple on-prem instances on different servers, but that will require separate web servers for the install. This may vary based on how your licensing is set up.

   

  The alternative is to subscribe to the cloud version and simply use your sign-in to create your reports.

  Erik's got the right answer here.  We don't yet have any supported method to register multiple portals to one on-premesis installation, or to put multiple instances of on-premesis reporting on the same server.  We're tracking that need internally as #24751 and I'll update that ticket to link to this post.  But I would also recommend posting on https://communities.geocortex.com/s/ideas if you want to get more traction/votes for the idea.
