Windows Updated Geocortex Collapsed
Hi,
We recently patched Windows Server 2016 with KB4091664 and KB4462917 this caused the Geocortex rest directories to be unreachable and Post Installer timeout's in contacting core. A non functional site.
Is there a workaround or fix besides uninstalling patches as these security updates are important given our servers are in a DMZ.
Essentials 4.10 and HTML5 Version 2.11.1.1543.

Hi Richard,
The action of restarting the server may have disabled Core and the patches may not have a part in this, other than the restart. I would recommend checking the Core logs for any obvious errors and if nothing stands out, opening a support ticket with whoever provides you first line support.

Hi Greg,
The likely cause was Core not starting, an easy fix is to delete the Core data but you can lose data that you want to keep so I would recommend opening a support ticket.
