Chrome 70.0.3538 and Feature Service layers - shifting position

Chrome version 70.0.3538 was released about a week ago and we noticed a problem with feature layers. The geometries are being drawn slightly offset by a few pixels from where they should be. This only occurs when one changes the scale (zoom in or out) and not when one pans. The offset is also not consistent; it gets shifted in different directions every once in a while.

 

The problem does not occur in Edge or IE 11.

 

Is anyone else running into this? If so, does anyone have an idea how/if this can be solved?

  Yes, we've had a few others mentioning this behaviour. We are looking into this issue currently.

  Yep seeing it here....thought I was nuts. Thanks for posting to the forums. I'll have an answer at least for my clients. Even if it's not what they want to hear.

  Also having this issue with shifting and drawings not showing up until users pan the map

  Hi All,

  We recently contacted Esri regarding this issue and they have a bug currently filed and are looking into solutions.

   

  BUG-000118108: Feature layers briefly misalign or 'jump' while redrawing after zooming in or out in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer in Chrome Version 70

  Chrome has now been updated to version 71. Please update and see if this issue still occurs for you.
