Global Search suggestions from Address Locator(s)

The Global Search returns suggestables from layers via the instant search.  It should also pull suggestions from any configured geocoder.  When I type an address that doesn't exist in a feature class, but does in an address point locator, I should get that as a suggestable from the search bar.
