Portal widgets are not allowing workflow to be selected

Hi,

 

We have an esri portal on one server and another server with geocortex installed.

 

I have completed the 'One Time Setup' instructions in the documentation. Using the manifest.json links I have added the Modal and Panel widgets.

 

I have created a simple workflow with an alert that says 'Hello World'.

 

Step 3 ('Choose a workflow from the link below') isn't showing when I click on the Modal or Panel widgets from within a web app.

Instead the button just does nothing when I click on it.

 

One thing that looks obviously incorrect is the URL for the widget in the portal.

The url is pointing to what looks to be the Saas location: https://apps.geocortex.com/workflow/designer/

 

 

but when I change it to our host name, that doesnt work either.

https://[host]/Geocortex/Workflow/designer/

 

Any ideas?

  The URL looks incorrect for the *workflow* in the portal, not widget.
