Adding text in legend section

Hi, I am trying to figure out a way to add a text before the layers show up in the legend:

  Hi Amrit,

   

  I am afraid this is not something that can be done easily and would require custom code.  If this is an important issue for you, and you have funds available to pay for custom coding, please contact your account manager to initiate a Professional Services project.
