Problem with Identity Server
Access to our sites is managed using the Geocortex Identity Server. All of our sites that require access through a password are displaying this error:

We have a small group of people viewing our applications so I restarted the server in an attempt to fix whatever the problem was but the issue still persists. I believe the problem is related to the Identity Server because when I tried to change some user permissions in order to test something I received this message:

We have only 1 site that doesn't require loging permissions and it has nothing but a basemap. It can be accessed without any issues.
I haven't changed anything in our entire server environment or touched our Geocortex applications for weeks. The apps were working for at least 4 days beyond the last time anything was modified to my knowledge. I was not involved in setting up the server environment so I'm not totally familiar with how everything is configured. Any advice on where to address my attention would be appreciated.

Hi Helen,
The errors that are coming up seem like SSL handshake errors - do you know if your Identity Server is secured with HTTPS? If it is, the certificate might have expired. A bad certificate will cause the Essentials and Essentials Manager applications to cut off communication.
We send administrative requests to Identity Server when you're managing users and roles.
If your certificate is good, please open a support case so we can investigate further!

Hi Malcolm
We contacted support and resolved the issue. It was a Windows Server update that changed the TLS version and preventing everything from communicating properly.0
