Large print templates not working with overview map, scale

I just noticed that my large print templates (2x2; and 3x3') aren't printing their overview maps or their scale bar distances. Unfortunately I don't know when this started happening.

 

Just putting feelers out there to see if anyone else has had this problem. I am using my own geometry service, and the scale bar distance element is working fine on a smaller print template (8.5x11").

  Hi John,

   

  I couldn't find anything filed in our bug tracker for this.  If it's still happening, can you open a support case so we can get more info on it?

   

  If you're using asynchronous printing, then the map image is generated out-of-process and then inserted into the output PDF.  This might end up overwriting or truncating the PDF in some circumstances.  

   

  You can also try opening the PDF in a different viewer to see if the overview map is there, but drawn underneath another control or placed somewhere else not visible.

  In case anyone is looking at this post in the future:

   

  I'm not using asynchronous printing, and I tried opening the PDF in Chrome, Edge, and Adobe Reader, no overview map in all three.

   

  And this was in GE 4.6 and the GVH 2.7
