Open style selector by default with markup tools

Hi All, I would like to set up the style selector to open by default when a user selects a markup tool or edits an existing markup. Currently the user must select a markup tool, then open the style selector.

 

Is this possible? I can not find a setting for this, and I cannot figure out how to edit thoe code to do so.

  Hi Don,

   

  I would recommend creating your own tool button and a workflow to accomplish this.  

   

  The method of showing the styles panel would be to run an external command and use the command - CreateMarkupStyleView

   

  The commands for the drawing tools can be found by editing the toolbar tool and seeing what command is being used for the tool.  You would then create a workflow and a toolbar button to run the workflow,  the workflow would do both actions.
