    Hi Shubham,

     

    I would suggest contacting your support provider (1Spatial) as it would be best to look at this on a screenshare.  It could be a number of issues.

    Hi Richard,

     

    Issue got resolved. clearing the browser cache where we open the Essentials manager solved the issue.
