Layer Catalog limitations

Hi I am using Essentials 4.6.3 and HTML5 viewer 2.7.2

 

I am wondering if anyone has come across the following limitation when using the layer Catalog

 

The Update Interval is not honoured when set on map service in layer catalog site

 

Any idea if this is resolved in later version of Essentials?
