Is there any help documentaiton for upgrading?

I am looking to upgrade from a Geocorex 4.9 relase to the latest  4.10.2 release?  As well as to the latest release of the HTML 5 Viewer.  2.11.2

  That's quite a big jump.  You should ask Geocortex Support directly.
