Services failed to load

I have a site which is configured for https - Geocortex is https and all services are accessed using https. The SSL certificates on the Geocortex and ArcGIS Server are domain certificates.

When the users access the site using Desktops on their domain , the site works fine but when trying to access the site using a browser on Android phone (connected via their Wifi), the site gives the message that critical services failed to load.

Any help on what could be causing the issue - is it because the trust between the client browser and server could not be established? Any tips on what could be done to troubleshoot?

Hi Arish,

It would be good to see the requests/responses in Fiddler. Here is an article about using Fiddler with Android -

If that doesn't help, try capturing a request to a map service on your desktop version and then re-issue the same request directly from a browser window on the Android device.
