Basemap Widget Toggle Capability

I think many users would find tremendous value in being able to "toggle" between basemaps via the Basemap Widget.  Perhaps adding the ability for Administrators to choose a default behavior for the widget, such that they could choose to have it "toggle" or "slide out" as it does currently.  This behavior would essentially mimic the Google Maps basemap toggle widget in their viewer.
